Expert Witness Appearance or Testimony, Round-trip transportation, stand-by time and testimony at Deposition/Trial:
$500.00/hr.

Expert Witness Appearance or Testimony at Trial or Deposition:
$2,000.00/half day; $4,000.00/full day

Examination Fees are due and payable upon completion of examination. Remaining Fees for Valuation Research, Report Writing and Costs are due and payable upon completion of the report.

A Late Fee of 3% per month will apply to all unpaid balances after 30 days.

To confirm Ms. Gillett or Mr. Caudana as an expert witness, payment of the Minimum Fee for Expert Witness Designation and receipt of a signed Letter of Agreement is required.

Invoices will be sent monthly and are due and payable upon receipt. Fees for Expert Witness Testimony are due and payable prior to any courtroom or deposition appearance.

A minimum 48-hour notice is required for cancellation of Testimony or a $500.00 fee will apply.
